Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pahadi Stay – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness for both travelers and local service providers.

🛎️ For Travelers (Homestay or Guide Bookings)

Free Cancellation: You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before check-in or tour date for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

No Show: No refunds will be provided if you do not arrive for your booking without prior notice.

💳 Refund Method: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🧳 For Homestay Owners & Guides

If you cancel a confirmed booking, we may reduce your visibility or suspend your listing. Repeated cancellations or customer complaints may lead to removal from the platform.

Guide/Homestay Partner Agreement

Partner Agreement – For Guides & Homestay Hosts

This agreement outlines the expectations between Pahadi Stay and its local partners (guides & hosts).

✅ 1. Eligibility

You must: Be 18 years or older. Own or manage the homestay OR be a knowledgeable, responsible local guide. Provide accurate and complete registration details

✅ 2. Your Role

Provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming experience for guests. Respond promptly to bookings or queries. Honor all accepted bookings unless there's an emergency.

✅ 3. Payments & Commissions

We will clearly explain payment arrangements before onboarding (if commission or fee applies). Full transparency in pricing is expected.

✅ 4. Safety & Conduct

Respect guest privacy and safety. No discrimination or misconduct is tolerated. Follow local laws and tourism guidelines.

✅ 5. Removal or Suspension

We reserve the right to remove listings in case of:

  • Guest complaints

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

  • Unsafe or unprofessional conduct
